Welcome to Kovačić Apartments, located in the picturesque tourist village of Kraljevica, at Podbanj 5c. Our apartments offer the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with various amenities to meet the needs of all guests.
We have four superbly equipped units that share a common garden area of 150 m², ideal for relaxing in the fresh air. Parking spaces are available, and all our guests can enjoy fast and reliable internet.

Important information: Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking inside the premises, and the owner lives on-site.
The apartments are located only 350 meters from the sea and beach, and are close to various amenities such as restaurants, markets, and sports facilities, making them the perfect place for a relaxing holiday or an active getaway from the everyday.

For guests arriving by plane, the airport is 5 km away. The city center and all key amenities such as pharmacies, banks, post offices, and gas stations are 1.5 km away, providing easy and quick access to everything you might need.
